Yes, you can choose to apply the Up/Down grade of your customer for the next period.
In this case we would:
- End the current subscription at the end date of the period.
- Start the new subscription once the current subscription has ended.
Steps to do it: Step 1: Go to the subscription > Choose the plan to Up/Down grade
Step 2: Select “Apply changes on next period”
The current subscription will have a Up/Downgrade tag and the new subscription will show up once the current subscription has ended.
